Started primarily as an internet & e-commerce consulting firm, TriPolaris has been involved in developing a Korean portal web-site; developing and consulting in e-commerce shopping malls w/ payment processing; developing database structures and mgmt tools on the internet; creating and configuring intra/inter office networking; and configuring linux server systems w/ firewalls for the past 7 years. With those 7 years of experience & knowledge gained in the IT industry, TriPolaris has refocused our commitment to small-medium sized business management software.

With the emergence of open source code and Java, TriPolaris has been developing and refining our JazPOS software systems with flexibility, scalibility, reliability, and simplicity in mind. Since early 2000, TriPolaris has released JazPOS 1.0 running on Java-based Linux O/S server and client systems. With a four year head start on all of the leading POS system providers like IBM and others, who are just releasing Linux POS systems, TriPolaris has become a leading POS software developer with open source code O/S and Java.
